At Culture Wealth, we will draw agelong experiences from different cultures to provide opinions on financial investment, agriculture, and farming, especially as it relates to agroecology and also evaluate how these values trigger behaviours that shape human societies

Culture Influences Investment Choices: Growing up, I often wondered why some cultures tend to be more skilled at investment than others. As I grew, I realised that value systems define behavioural patterns and, in turn, trigger the urgency to make money.
Different scholars have shown that it is the Jewish culture that influenced Jews to be so good at investing. It is also a culture that bred German efficiency and Japanese attraction to excellence.
As a young investor, what is out there to learn from other cultures to influence your financial plans and investment decisions? Men have been investing in real estate for over 4000 years. What of debts? Humans have been borrowing money and falling into debt for centuries. The Hammurabi Code in ancient Babylon contained codes for interest rates for various loans. Since the financial market exploded in England in the 16th century, various money-making opportunities have emerged across the globe. The Japanese began to trade in commodities about 300 years ago.
